TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT 

The Purity Publishers Website Terms of Use Agreement, specify what the users of the PurityPublishers Website can expect from us, and what we expect from our Users.  By accessing areas of the PurityPublishers Website, Users are considered as to have accepted the Terms Of Use Agreement.

BASIC POLICY

By submitting your book, User agrees that the material received by PurityPublishers belongs to the USER and that they grant PurityPublishers the right to publish the manuscript as an e-book and place it within our Christian community at www.ChristianityOasis.com in our Christian book shop at www.PurityPublications.com

Understand that your manuscript will be created into an E-Book and NOT printed material and that we are a 100% FREE service both for you and our members and guest readers and therefore there are NO royalties or gain of any sort other than sharing your God given gifts and message with others 

I.  WEBSITE CONDUCT

User agrees to use the PurityPublishers  Website for lawful purposes only, without exception.  User is prohibited from posting any unlawful, abusive, obscene, harmful, vulgar, threatening, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racial, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal act, give rise to civil disobedience, or otherwise violate any laws.  PurityPublishers  reserves the right to prohibit any and all content that we receive.  If PurityPublishers  becomes aware of any book on the PurityPublishers  Website that in any way breaks our criteria requirements, PurityPublishers  will remove the book from our Website.

II.  TERMINATION OF SERVICE

PurityPublishers  may suspend or terminate any User's access to all or any part of the Website, including any account thereon, without notice, for any reason that we deem reasonable.

III.  USER AGE REQUIREMENTS

PurityPublishers  does not intend the PurityPublishers  Website to be used by minors, without parental supervision.  We expect the parents or guardians of Users under the age of 18 to decide if any content on the PurityPublishers  Website is appropriate for access by underage Users.

 IV.  TRADEMARKS

All rights are reserved.  All of our logos, graphics and trademarks on the PurityPublishers  Website may not be used without prior written consent of PurityPublishers . Upon termination of contract between PurityPublishers  and the Author, the website will remain the property of PurityPublishers . The Author's words will be removed as it will remain the property of the Author.

V.  LIABILITY

No PurityPublishers  representative has made any guarantees to any user as to the service we provide or the end result of their book.

VI.  WARNING

The unauthorized submission or distribution of copyrighted material is illegal and may subject the user to criminal prosecution as well as civil liability.  User will be the liable party for any damage(s) resulting from any infringement of copyrights.  PurityPublishers  will not be liable for any damage(s) resulting from any infringement of copyrights. 

VII.  ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Terms Of Use Agreement represents the understanding between User and PurityPublishers  regarding User's relationship with PurityPublishers  and supersedes any alleged statements or representations.  When using the PurityPublishers  Website, the User is bound by these terms.
