clues.
I was with you when…
...we were enduring the horrible events.
...we cried ourselves to sleep.
...we questioned if it was normal or acceptable.
...we found out it was not.
...we wondered if anyone could see our shame.
...we built walls to assure they never did.
...we blamed ourselves.
…we questioned and even blamed God.
...we would constantly ponder on what happened.
...we began our emotional roller coaster.
...we created our own adult escapes.
…we went on our doctor’s visits.
...we were diagnosed as having this and that.
...we became what we were diagnosed to be.
...we began to hate the world and life itself.
I was also with you
when...
...we learned that God did not want this to happen, but MAN has free
will.
…we learned that we should trust our natural instincts that God places
inside of us.
…we learned what Love is REALLY about… unselfish and unconditional.
…we found a new escape and hiding place. Instead of running to our
addictions, we decided to hide in Jesus.
…we learned it’s okay to be emotional, as long as we have a leash on our
...emotions and stay in control on them.
...we learned that we must replace each lie with TRUTH.
…when we learned that the ONLY label is that we are God’s child. God’s
Property.
…we took off the rear view and side view mirrors of our past so we
couldn’t look back anymore.
…we learned that God really does love us and carries us through our
hardest times. He will and did turn our pain into beauty.
…we learned how to say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
…we experienced a new beginning together.
…we started to change the garments around our soul.
…we were reborn.
…we built our shrine for God.
…we learned how to renew our mind.
…we learned how far just having a little hope and faith can get us.
…we started changing our old ways. We learned that sometimes intense
healing (like what we needed) requires us to let go of A LOT and even
close out the world so we can start new.
…we learned that our trials and tribulations are really what strengthen
us. And that sometimes it’s all in our perspective…our state of mind.
…we discovered that real Peace and rest for our souls comes through
Jesus.
…we learned the only way to feel Peace is by waiting out the storm,
being still, and BELIEVING God is taking care of us.
…we found out that everything IS going to be alright.
…we found out we have a guardian angel assigned specifically to us to
watch over us.
… we learned together that it is our turn to help out someone else who
has been silenced like we once were.
…we found Freedom from our past.
WHO AM I?
I AM YOUR INNER CHILD
Each human has
an INNER man or woman (Inner child) stirring around within the Spiritual
realm of their mind and heart.
You know that secret place
within us that we used to go all the time as a child and now sneak peeks
from time to time. The secret place that we run to when we are hurt or
wounded deeply. The most holy of holies within you.
It is GOD’S
Sanctuary within YOU.
The Spirit of God lives INSIDE you with ME.

1 Corinthians 3:16
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that
the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

What? know ye not that
your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost
which is in you,

So, the inner child (Me) is hidden in the Spiritual Kingdom of God
within you.

The Mirror - - Looking At My Inner Child
I listen to my Soul whisper,
"Go more deeply still."
Breathless, with eyes wide open
I leap into the abyss of my hidden childhood feelings:
Resentment, jealousy, rage.
I was the "good little girl,"
It wasn't safe to make waves.
As I free fall with reckless abandon,
Memories from my childhood fade in, fade out.
My first impulse is to flee from my past.
Dare I enter Pandora's box,
Exposing myself to the pain I so masterfully concealed?
My Soul beckons me to face my inner demons.
Denial only seems to perpetuate my suffering.
Now I proceed slowly as if walking behind
death's shadow.
The blackened void consumes my every step.
I am alone, separate, terrified, without hope.
Has my Soul tricked me?
Is life simply about living my death?
I must continue on this journey toward
Self-Love.
I must seek out the Truth of my Being.
I must follow my passion to know God.
What else can lead me to the peace for which I so yearn?
I gradually
surrender to my inner demons.
The presence of peace enfolds me.
As if suspended in a cocoon of grace,
I melt into the sweet ease of the eternal now.
My Soul then presents me with a gift, a mirror.
Gazing into the looking glass,
I am face to face with my frightened inner child.
She sits in a corner, speechless, paralyzed with despair.
Gently my Soul encourages me to be with her.
Tenderly my Soul speaks within the stillness of my
Heart.
"Ask of your fear-stricken child:
What have you to teach me?
How can I make you my friend?
How can I free myself from this suffocating pain?"
Sensing my sincerity, my inner child relaxes and replies:
"I can teach you how to
Love me if you will listen.
Listen to your Heart, speak from your Heart, trust your
Heart.
The Heart is where we feel and hear God's Love.
I will always be your friend if you just love and honor me.
Promise to never leave me again.
We can face our inner demons together,
Finding our way back home to Love."
My Soul lovingly continues:
"Embrace her and the
feelings of jealousy, rage, and resentment.
Ask her why you have these feelings?
How did you get them and from where did they come?
How can you accept and give gratitude for them?"
With a trusting Heart my inner child proceeds:
"You were not allowed to express sadness or anger as a
child.
You had to hide these feelings to
protect yourself.
Your mom and dad didn't always listen to you.
They couldn't honor your feelings and comfort you.
They had the same problem with their parents.
No one really knew how to listen or care for them."
"Together we have the courage to feel our feelings.
We can let them go and forgive our parents and ourselves.
We can bless these feelings.
They will teach us how to
Love again.
They have brought us back together and opened our Heart.
I am free to be a true child of joy with you."
Tears of joy overflow,
As I fully embrace my inner child.
Her gift of inner
peace has Awakened my sleeping Heart.
Filled with a sense of compassion and Love,
My transformation begins.
I will listen to my Heart, my Soul, my inner child.
I am at peace.
Then my Soul whispers:
"Listen with a loving and compassionate Heart.
All the answers lie within you,
Beloved.
Facing your fears and unresolved feelings will set you free.
These are the doorways to your Enlightenment."
"You are Unconditional Love.
This is the Truth of your Being.
There is nowhere to go and nothing to do.
It is already accomplished."
"You are the Creator of your life.
Beloved, you are peace!"

After what had happened to us...
Just like when a small animal gets scared and runs off and
hides, I did too.
When YOU chose to continually ponder on the negative thoughts of the
past...
I created this spiritual prison just like you wanted me to.
A spiritual castle to
hide away in.
I built the walls real
high, pulled up the drawbridge, dug a moat and filled it with things
that man dares not look upon, much less touch.
I put the window at the
highest point of the spiritual castle tower, so that we could give
audience to those who we encountered and still feel safe within our high
tower and behind our masked walls.
I had been encaged for so very long.
I couldn’t get out when I wanted to, because you became so
comfortable in misery that it became a habit. I kept pleading for
you to talk to me about this, but you kept ignoring me. I kept
trying to make you uncomfortable when I hated what we were doing,
but you kept choosing to dwell in darkness by thinking those same
ole negative thoughts.
I didn’t want to stay there for as long as I did. I kept screaming
and trying to tell you that I wanted to come out. It felt like I was
in a glass cage. I could sense every foul thought you entertained, I could
see everything you were doing and the poor choices you were making
because we were hurt so much in the past.
But, you couldn't hear or feel me.
UNTIL NOW
YOU NOW KNOW THE IS INCEST A SIN TRUTH AND IS INCEST A SIN ANSWER
YES ... BUT, YOU
CAN BE SET FREE
I am the inner child that was locked away long ago. The child that ran free until
you became hurt and afraid.
Everything that you have chosen is what I have become.
I am NOT saying that the
abuse is
your fault, I am saying that a wrong path was chosen after the abuse.
I know it was natural,
but now we know there is another way.
A path to healing.
We need to change our thoughts as to be healed
and to be set FREE.
It is time to get rid of
the baggage.
It is time to get rid of
the old SELF.

We are a lot closer now than when we started 14 days ago… so you better
get used to me.
I'm not going anywhere.
