The
Christianity Oasis Website Terms of Use Agreement, specify what the users of the
Christianity Oasis Website can expect from us, and what we expect from our
Users. By accessing areas of the Christianity Oasis Website, Users are
considered as to have accepted the Terms Of Use Agreement.

WEBSITE CONDUCT

agrees to use the Christianity Oasis Website for lawful purposes only, without

reserves the right to prohibit any and all content that we receive. If
Christianity Oasis becomes aware of any book on the Christianity Oasis
Website that in any way breaks our criteria requirements, Christianity Oasis
will remove the book from our Website.
II.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
Christianity Oasis may suspend or terminate any User's access to all or any
part of the Website, including any account thereon, without notice, for any
reason that we deem reasonable.
III.
USER AGE REQUIREMENTS
Christianity Oasis does not intend the Christianity Oasis Website to be used
by minors, without parental supervision. We expect the parents or
guardians of Users under the age of 18 to decide if any content on the
Christianity Oasis Website is appropriate for access by underage Users.
IV.
TRADEMARKS
All rights are reserved. All of our logos,
graphics and trademarks on the Christianity Oasis Website may not be used
without prior written consent of Christianity Oasis. Upon termination of
contract between Christianity Oasis and the Author, the website will remain
the property of Christianity Oasis. The Author's words will be removed as it
will remain the property of the Author.
V. LIABILITY
No Christianity Oasis representative has made any
guarantees to any user as to the service we provide or the end result of their
material sales.
VI. WARNING
The unauthorized submission or distribution of
copyrighted material is illegal and may subject the user to criminal prosecution
as well as civil liability. User will be the liable party for any damage(s)
resulting from any infringement of copyrights. Christianity Oasis will
not be liable for any damage(s) resulting from any infringement of copyrights.
By submitting your book, User agrees that the material received by
Christianity Oasis belongs to the USER and that they grant
Christianity Oasis the right to publish, reproduce, copy, and distribute the
material in whole or in part.
VII. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Terms Of Use Agreement represents the
understanding between User and Christianity Oasis regarding User's
relationship with Christianity Oasis and supersedes any alleged statements or
representations. When using the Christianity Oasis Website, the User is
bound by these terms.
